Save money on your energy bills.

A free event to help you save money and keep warm.

Many of us are facing rising household energy bills as a result of the recent cold weather and an increase in global energy prices. You could be entitled to financial help.  Come along to this free event where organisations will be on hand to offer advice on heating and insulation grants, energy efficiency measures, renewable technologies and any other issues you may have.

  • When: Friday 12th February 2010, 10.00am to 12.45pm.
  • Where: Bridport Arts Centre, South Street, Bridport, DT6 3NR.

Confidential benefit entitlement checks will also be available so make sure you bring any details of the benefits you currently receive with you. Organisations attending are The Energy Saving Trust, Dorset Energy Advice Centre, Bridport Renewable Energy Group, Dorset Community Action, Dorset County Council, West Dorset District Council, Care & Repair, Age Concern, Dorset Wayfinders, Citizens Advice Bureau and others.

This event has been organised by eaga, a leading energy efficiency provider, in conjunction with Oliver Letwin MP for West Dorset constituency.  For more information about this event, please call eaga on 0191 247 3840.

The West Dorset Conservative Association represents members of the Conservative Party in the parliamentary constituency of West Dorset.  Our aim is to ensure Conservative representation at all levels of government.

We do this by campaigning on local and national issues, supporting Conservative candidates at elections and by fundraising.

As well as political activity, we have many social functions for members.  Some of these will be listed on our events pages.
